| 6 mile treadmill run. Been having some issues with the right shin again. Going to ease up this week and hit the treadmill and trail run. Kept heart rate at 133 at 8/mile with a 1.0% grade. |

| The pain is back. The stress fracture pain in the tibia that I had last fall. I looked at the running log and have not jacked the miles, the shoes have a lot of miles left and I have stayed away from speed workouts. No running all week and see if the pain is just fatigue (though I don't feel fatigued). Swam this morning and will swim the rest of the week just to stay active. |
