4:45AM.  Ran with Laura on a 7 mile recovery run.  Laura is turning into a good running partner for me.  First thing, she is reliable.  Second, she is very efficient on the downhills (which I need help with) and third, she keeps the conversation going.  After Boston we are going to plan the next series of races in the summer and fall.  I got an automatic entry into the NYC Marathon so that will be my fall race.  Laura is looking at the Savannah Marathon in November as well.  That will match up right for training together.
