Back at it again this morning. Less than 30 days until Boston. Ran 7 miles at a Zone 2-3 pace (Z-3 due to the hills). On the way back the plan was to run 6 X 1,000M's at 5K pace. Legs felt a little weak so I back off on the pace but was still at VO2 Max. Finished all 6 and headed back up the Webb Bridge Hill to the gym. Stretched and core. Need to fit more core in. 3-4 times a week are needed. On the half on Sunday I felt myself pulling to one side up hills. Couldn't keep a straight line to conserve energy. |
