| Ran 3 out and back on Ronald Regan. Hilly to keep us in check. Scott met us at the McFarland lot for the remaining 8. Ran the greenway under the tree canopy. Even at 7:30AM the temps were in the 80's. Good run to end the week. |

| Ran the Big Creek Greenway. Started at McFarland ran out and back on Ronald Regan and then hit the greenwat (flat) for 5 miles at LT. Tough run. Ran with Laura. Her hip started to bother her at mile 8. We walked the last half mile. |

| Laura bagged the run (smart move) due to her hip pain. Ran the 12 mile loop with Amy B. Strong runner. I peeled off her at mile 8 to hit the 4 miles at MTP. |

| Planned on swimming & then run 5 miles, but the lightning cancelled the swim. Ran 5 on the treadmill and lifted. Wore the new NB 890's which are part of the sponsorship. Not too impressed. The shoe runs a little flat with little response. Need to pump it up though. | |

| 18 mile run turned into a 20 mile run. Ran with Todd this morning. Great run. Todd was running 17 miles. I forgot to calculate in the distance to meet him. A little sore but it was a good run. |
