15 Mile Marathon Pace run.
Ran Route 141 North. The hills simulate the Boston Route. 7 miles at 8:01 average and 8 at 7:15 average. I needed to see where I am to plot a time for Boston. With a 7:15 pace that puts me at around a 3:10:00 marathon. With being out for 8 weeks I think this is realistic. Will continue to train for a 3:10 for the next couple of weeks. |

| The weather went from sunny, 65 degrees on Sunday to wet and windy 35 degrees today. Got outside and ran 12 miles. Hilly course with kept the paces inline. |

| 11 mile simulated Boston Marathon course on the treadmill. Heart rate was jacked to high. The gym was very warm which could have accounted for the spike. |

| Long run. Rain, temps around 33 degrees. Hands froze solid by mile 6. Could not squeeze them to pull out my water bottle. 3 hours later hands are very sore. Except for the frozen fingers and hands, everything else clicked along fine. |
