Slept in. After yesterday's run I was wiped out. Lost too many fluids even with drinking 2 bottles of Gatorade. Today is a rest day. Big week of mileage this week, plus I am out of town for most of it in meetings. Need to plot some run courses for this week while I am out. |

| Worst run of the season. I was to run 18. Legs were stiff, feet hurt, HR was too high. Ended up cutting the run. No reason to push myself if the run was not there. |

| Chattahoochee Runner's Club 10K. Rainy and cold, but after you got moving the rain felt good. Warmed up about a mile or so. Added some strides to loosen up the legs. The goal was not to hit it hard, but to run a sub 40. Ended up with a 39:34 and 1st in my AG. |
